Terms of Service

Service Agreement: By engaging Captured Trust for photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment: Services require a signed contract and deposit. Full payment is due upon delivery of final images unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled sessions may result in forfeiture of deposit. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty.

Delivery Timeline: Final edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the photography session, depending on the scope of work.

Copyright and Usage: Captured Trust retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial usage requires additional licensing.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.

Modification: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
